Apricot Glazed Carve Ham

Make Apricot Glaze Combine apricot preserve or jam, rosemary, brown sugar, white wine, lemon and salt. Simmer until thick.

Apply apricot glaze on ham. Reserve 1/2 cup and apply later.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes per pound. Follow manufacturer's warming instructions.

After baking, remove foil, apply remaining glaze, bake for 3-5 minutes more.
