cod fillet, paprika, onion and garlic powder, ground thyme, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, garlic cloves, lemon juice, fresh parsley, unsalted butter, olive oil, salt to taste
Prepare Cod:

Brush cod with oil, pour lemon juice, sprinkle seasonings, minced garlic and parsley then top with slices of butter. Surround with lemon slices, if desired.Note: Cut cod in half if too big for casserole dish.
Bake Cod:

Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees F. Bake cod for 12-14 minutes or until it flakes with internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Do not overcook. Cod will get rubbery.Garnish with parsley. Serve.
