Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

This bread pudding drizzled with rum sauce is so easy to make.

Bread Pudding: Italian bread, cubed sugar, eggs, whole milk heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, butter softened, walnuts or pecans Rum Sauce: Rum, brown sugar, salt, butter

Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, cream, cinnamon and vanilla.

Mix egg mixture.

Pour egg mixture over bread cubes and combine.

Mix brown sugar, butter and pecan.

Pour bread pudding mixture in pan and spread pecan mixture on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Make Rum Sauce: Combine rum, brown sugar until dissolved.

Make Rum Sauce: Add salt and melt butter. Turn off heat once it starts to boil.
