beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, water, beef bouillon powder, salt and pepper  drippings optional but if you have some – it' even better

How to Make Brown Gravy

Bring beef broth to boil and stir-in bouillon, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper then simmer for 10 minutes. Dilute cornstarch with water and pour in broth stirring constantly until thickened.

Serve gravy with ribeye roast or roasted turkey.

Delicious with mashed potatoes.
