Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce is skewered marinated chicken dipped in savory Thai peanut sauce.

Marinade Ingredients:

boneless chicken thighs coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic powder

Marinate chicken for 1/2 a day or overnight.

Soak skewer in water for 1 hour. Cut in half and thread 3 pieces in skewer.

Grill, bake or pan fried.



Peanut Sauce Ingredients:

coconut milk roasted peanut fish sauce sugar Thai red curry paste lime juice garlic powder creamy peanut butter water cider vinegar

Grind peanuts with water in blender. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan until thick.
