Chicken Satay

Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce are chicken skewers marinated in coconut milk, red curry paste, lime juice and seasonings. Peanut sauce has similar ingredients with peanut butter. Grill, bake or stove top.

INGREDIENTS: Chicken Satay Marinade: boneless chicken thighs, coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, white sugar, lime juice, garlic powder Peanut Sauce: coconut milk, roasted peanut, fish sauce, sugar, Thai red curry paste, lime juice, garlic powder, creamy peanut butter, water, cider vinegar

Combine and stir satay marinade in a bowl. Cut chicken into long strips and marinate for ½ a day or overnight in the fridge. Thread chicken.

Grill, bake or stove-top. Cook peanut sauce in sauce pan.
