Filipino BBQ Pork Skewers

Filipino BBQ Pork Skewers are long strips for pork or chicken in a skewer, marinated and basted with sweet soy sauce garlic mixture made of garlic, banana ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice or 7-Up.

INGREDIENTS: MARINADE:  7up sprite or ginger ale banana ketchup soy sauce vegetable oil or olive oil brown sugar, salt garlic, garlic powder ground black pepper MEAT: pork butt or shoulder or chicken

Mix marinate ingredients.

Slice pork into long thin strips. Pour marinade over pork and mix well. Marinate for ½ a day or overnight in the fridge.

Tightly skewer  4-5 pieces pork.

Grill 7 minutes each side on low fire.


Serve with spicy chili/onion/vinegar dip.
