Fruit Cocktail Cake

This Dump Cake is moist, not too sweet and very easy to make by hand. A great holiday dessert.


Cake Mixture: sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt, fruit cocktail Cake Topping: butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, vanilla, coconut flakes, pecans or walnuts

Combine sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Mix then stir-in flour then fruit cocktail with syrup.

Pour cake mixture into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Meanwhile, combine all topping ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for a few minutes.

Top with whip cream and maraschino cherry or vanilla ice cream. EASY AND DELICIOUS!
