Grilled Pork Kabobs

Grilled Pork Kabobs are juicy, tender bite-sized meat marinated in yogurt and other savory ingredients skewered alternately with vegetables.This kabob recipe works well with chicken thighs.

INGREDIENTS: country style pork ribs or tenderloin or boneless skinless chicken thighs, Greek yogurt, lemon, olive oil, ketchup, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, ground cumin, ground black pepper, paprika, ground cinnamon. Veggies: red onion, bell peppers.

MAKE MARINADE: Combine all the ingredients and marinade cubed pork for 1/2 a day or overnight in the fridge. Before grilling, cut bell peppers and red onion.

Thread pork and vegetables tightly and alternately between pork cubes.

Grill on medium heat. TENDER & DELICIOUS! Serve with or w/o sauce!
