How to Make Lobster Bisque 

This Lobster Bisque is easy to make yet as good as restaurant-style or even better. This rich, creamy soup is surely a hit on any occasion.


lobster meat, lobster broth, white wine, aromatics, herbs, spices and heavy cream

Boil and cook lobster. Remove from shell and cut into pieces.

Make the bisque soup. Saute the ingredients then add the white wine.

Add lobster broth and puree mixture with an immersion blender.

Slowly pour heavy cream while stirring constantly until well blended.

Stir-in lobster meat and garnish with cayenne pepper and thyme, if desired.  Serve.

Cold lobster bisque (chilled) is delicious as well.
