How to Make Turkey Stock 

Homemade turkey stock from carcass, bones, neck and giblet is easy. Great for soup, stew or gravy.


turkey bones (carcass), neck and giblets, carrots, onion, celery, herbs, spices

Simmer all ingredients in water for 2 hours, strain, cool and store in containers.

When using right away, store in the fridge otherwise freeze.  SO FLAVORFUL!
