Peel off the tough membrane from the back of ribs.Combine rub ingredients and spread it evenly on both sides of ribs.

Install trivet in the inner pot and place the whole ribs. Pour beer in the inner pot.Press “PRESSURE COOK” to high pressure and set time to 25 minutes.Plug instant pot and close lid.Once float valve is down, turn steam release to “VENTING”. Now open the lid and remove the ribs.
