Korean  Short Rib Recipe

Korean Short Ribs or Kalbi is marinated Korean BBQ in savory, flavorful, sweet sauce.

Marinade Ingredients:

Korean style beef short ribs, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, water, oil, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili pepper powder, honey, sesame seeds toasted (optional), green onion

In a food processor, add the marinate ingredients except sesame seeds, pulse and liquefy otherwise manually crush garlic and ginger and combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag. Marinate short ribs overnight in the fridge.

If desired, slice and cook on stove-top. Grill or cook in skillet or oven. Discard marinade.

Serve with Asian side dish like Kimchi and white rice.
