Leche Flan dessert is a Filipino creamy smooth custard with caramel syrup. It only takes 14 minutes to cook Leche Flan in instant pot.

egg yolks, evaporated milk, condensed milk, lime extract (extract from leaves or zest), sugar

Caramelize sugar in pan.

Separate egg yolks from egg whites. (egg white not needed.) Gently stir and break egg yolks until smooth.

Add milk, condensed milk and lime extract in the bowl, stirring gently until well blended.

Pour mixture into the molds. Pour 1 ½ cups water in inner pot, then lower your trivet in the inner pot. PRESSURE COOK on HIGH for 14 minutes.
