Oven Barbecue Ribs

These oven barbecue ribs are seasoned with  homemade dry rub baked at 300 degrees F, slathered with your favorite barbecue sauce and broiled for a few minutes. It is easy, tender and delicious. For convenience or don't have a grill, oven baked bbq is easy.

INGREDIENTS: pork ribs, your favorite barbecue sauce Rub ingredients: light brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper powder

Peel off the tough membrane from the back of ribs. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine rub ingredients and spread it evenly on both sides of ribs.

Wrap ribs with heavy duty foil and place on top of a baking sheet. Depending on the size of ribs bake between 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours or until meat is tender. Remove from oven once tender.

Open foil and spread your favorite barbecue sauce. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes. TENDER & DELICIOUS!
