Roast  Sweet Potatoes

Delicious roast sweet potatoes are sweet and creamy with crisp edges in rum sugar glaze.

Ingredients: sweet potatoes olive oil Glaze butter brown sugar cinnamon rum vanilla water

Cut into 1-inch cubes.

Coat with olive oil. Spread in baking pan or wire rack.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.

Make Glaze. Melt butter and caramelize sugar and all ingredients.

Consistency like syrup.

Add roast sweet potatoes in pan and coat with glaze.

Perfect for snacking or add to salad or a side dish.
