Make Turkey Stock from Carcass
Make turkey stock from carcass, neck and giblet after Thanksgiving. Great for soup, stew or gravy.
turkey bones, neck and giblets, carrots, onion, celery, herbs and spices.
Simmer all ingredients in water for 2 hours, strain, cool and store in containers.
Store in the fridge if using right away or freeze. SO FLAVORFUL!
