Pumpkin Spice Banana Chips
Plantain bananas seasoned with Pumpkin Spice seasoning.

Total Time 55 minutes
- 2 plantain bananas yellow skin
- pumpkin spice seasoning
Peel the bananas. Cut thinly and diagonally.
Lightly grease the baking sheet.
Lay each banana on baking sheet.
Sprinkle banana slices with pumpkin spice seasoning.
Pre-heat oven at 250 degrees F.
Bake banana chips for 40 – 50 mins.
Note: Banana chips will not be crispy or crunchy but it is definitely delicious as a snack.
