Plantain bananas seasoned with Pumpkin Spice seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 plantain bananas yellow skin
  • pumpkin spice seasoning

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas. Cut thinly and diagonally.
  • Lightly grease the baking sheet.
  • Lay each banana on baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle banana slices with pumpkin spice seasoning.
  • Pre-heat oven at 250 degrees F.
  • Bake banana chips for 40 – 50 mins.
  • Note: Banana chips will not be crispy or crunchy but it is definitely delicious as a snack.
  • Let it cool down. Enjoy!
