cloves
garlic
crushed & minced

white rice
cooked day old

cooking oil
Salt to taste
pepper optional
Instructions
Heat the oil over medium – low heat.
Add the garlic and stir fry. Lower heat to low.
With a low temperature the garlic will slowly cook. Stir.
Garlic will turn golden brown and crisp.
Add the rice, mix it well until grains separate from each other.
Cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
Season with salt. Ground pepper is optional.
Mix well for another minute or two.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use a day old rice.
If you want to add more garlic you may do so. Some people want less or more garlic. So it depends on your preference.
I don't add ground black pepper but serve it on the side.
