Mango salsa is a refreshing side dish made of ripe mango, tomato, red onion and cilantro that complement fish or meat.

Ingredients
1mangoseeded & sliced into cubes
½small red onionpeeled and diced
1large tomatodiced
½ cupor bunch of cilantrodiscard the hard stems
¼teaspoonfish sauce
pinch of salt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut all the ingredients. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Remove the hard stem from cilantro and cut the leaves to small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Season with fish sauce, salt and ground black pepper. If allergic to fish sauce use ¼ teaspoon salt instead.
Refrigerate before serving. Serve with fish or meat.
