(peeled and deveined or Costco’s headless unpeeled shrimp)

ginger
minced

cup
scallion or green onion
minced

tablespoons
butter

olive oil

teaspoons
garlic salt powder
(or 6 huge cloves garlic, minced)
pepper to taste

Instructions
In a pan, melt butter then add olive oil over medium heat.
When hot, saute ginger and scallion or green onion for 2 minutes.
Season with garlic salt powder.
Add shrimp. Cook until it turns orange.
Ground pepper to taste.
Turn off heat.
Serve hot with rice, vegetables or pasta. Enjoy!
