Instructions
For a Thinner Dressing
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except poppy seeds. Pulse until well blended.
Stir-in poppy seeds.
Transfer to a glass container or mason jar.
Chill before serving.
For Thicker Dressing
In a sauce pan over low heat, dissolve cornstarch in water until smooth.
Add all the ingredients except the poppy seeds.
Simmer for a minute or two until thick.
Turn off heat and stir-in poppy seeds.
Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate.
Notes
This recipe is very versatile. If you prefer more honey or Dijon Mustard, adjust the recipe to your liking.
