pork chops
with fat or pork belly

packs of Sampalok Mix
(Tamarind Soup Base Mix 40g Net Wt: 1.4oz)
Instructions
Wash pork. Pat dry with paper towel.
Trim some fat, if you prefer. I don’t it adds flavor when barbecuing.
Pour Sampalok Mix in a plate.
Rub sampalok mix on both sides of pork.
Marinate for at least 2 hours or half a day and place in the fridge.
Grill depending on your preference (rare, medium or well-done).
Serve with spicy vinegar/garlic dip and lots of rice.
Enjoy!

Note: Don’t season with salt. Sampalok mix is already salty.
