olive oil

butter

pound
baby bella mushrooms
sliced
1
clove
garlic
minced
1
tablespoon
white cooking wine
1 ½
teaspoons
worcestershire sauce
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
onion powder
or ¼ cup fresh julienne yellow onion
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

fresh or dried parsley

Instructions
Heat butter and oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for a minute.
Saute mushroom and brown each side for 2 minutes.
Stir-in white cooking wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Note: If using fresh onion, read notes below.
Salt to taste.
Transfer to a serving plate right away and garnish with parsley.
Notes
It's your choice, buy whole or sliced baby bella mushrooms.
Instead of onion powder, you can use ¼ cup fresh julienne yellow onion. Stir-in 3 minutes after adding mushrooms.
Don't overcrowd or overcook mushrooms.
