9oz canned tuna in water, drained

red onion
chopped into small cubes (add more if you like)

carrots
chopped into small cubes

celery

sweet relish

Instructions
In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Chill for an hour. This will also allow all the flavors to blend well.
Make the sandwich. Toast your bread, add lettuce and tomato if you like, then slather it with tuna salad. Enjoy!
