Instructions
Cut ripe avocados in half and remove the seed.
Scoop out the flesh using a spoon.
Chop or mash the avocado flesh depending on your preference.
Add milk and sugar. Mix well.
Add grated cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese or serve it on the side.
Chill before serving.
Notes
Add ½ to a teaspoon of lemon juice so avocado doesn't turn brown.
Serve it cold or bit frozen.
Place avocado in a sack of rice or brown bag to ripen.
When avocado is soft to touch, it is ripe.
