can 15 oz Stagg Chili with Bean

can 15 oz diced tomatoes

garlic

medium onion

large green pepper

medium red pepper

medium yellow bell pepper

jalapeno
seeded and minced

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

teaspoon
cumin

teaspoon
garlic powder

ground black pepper

beef broth or water
Instructions
Saute onion for 2 minutes
Add garlic. Cook until golden.
Toss-in ground beef. Cook until meat is pale.
Turn off heat.
Add all the ingredients to crock-pot.
Cover and cook for 3 - 4 hours on low and 2 ½ hours in high.
Serve grated cheddar cheese on the side or any topping you desire.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
