Ingredients
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 can 15 oz Stagg Chili with Bean
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 large green pepper diced
- 1 medium red pepper diced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 jalapeno seeded and minced
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup beef broth or water
Instructions
- Saute onion for 2 minutes
- Add garlic. Cook until golden.
- Toss-in ground beef. Cook until meat is pale.
- Turn off heat.
- Add all the ingredients to crock-pot.
- Cover and cook for 3 - 4 hours on low and 2 ½ hours in high.
- Serve grated cheddar cheese on the side or any topping you desire.
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
