Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
On a big bowl add the chicken.
Combine all the marinade with the chicken.
Mix well and cover with saran wrap. Place in the fridge for at least an hour or longer.
When chicken is almost ready. Start making the breading.
Combine and mix the flour, salt, parsley, black pepper and garlic powder.
Pour buttermilk and mix well until crumbly.
Coat each chicken strips with breading. Shaking it to remove excess breading.
Heat oil and fry chicken strips until golden and crispy.
Place on a strainer to remove excess oil. Transfer in a plate lined with paper towel.
Serve with your favorite veggie and dressing. Enjoy!
