Instructions
Trim shrimp tendrils, if desired.
In a pan, add shrimp, Sprite, 7UP or water and salt. Note: If you like it the traditional way, use water otherwise use Sprite or 7UP (modern version).
Boil shrimp over medium high heat until liquid evaporates and shrimp turns bright red – orange. Stir occasionally.
Do not overcook shrimp.
Transfer to a plate to stop cooking.
Serve with rice and vinegar dip.
Make dip. Combine vinegar, fish sauce and Thai chili. Enjoy!
