Read the Warming Instructions on the carve ham packaging.
In a sauce pan over medium to low heat, combine and whisk apricot preserve or jam, rosemary, brown sugar, white wine, lemon and salt.
Simmer until slightly thick. Turn off heat.
Pre-heat oven at 350 degree F.
Remove ham from packaging and place ham flat side down in a heavy duty foil, fat side UP. Carve ham bought from Costco and Sams are not sliced. Slice ham but not all the way with a sharp knife.
Slowly pour some glaze over top of ham. Spread it evenly. Using a spatula, open each slice and pour more glaze in between the slices. Note: Save some glaze for later use towards the end of baking.
Cover ham tightly with aluminum foil to help retain moisture and glaze not to burn.
The instruction on the packaging is to bake ham approximately 10 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 130 deg F. Mine took 11-12 minutes.
3 to 5 minutes before done baking, remove ham from oven. Open foil and pour remaining glaze on top of ham. Spread evenly.
Put ham back in the oven to continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes. If you want to caramelize the glaze, use broiler for a minute or two but stay nearby to watch that glaze doesn’t burn.
Remove ham from oven. Cover loosely with foil not touching the glaze and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Serve warm, cold or fried. Enjoy!
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 to 4 days or freeze it in an air tight container for a month and if vacuum sealed freeze for 2-3 months.

Notes
If carve ham is frozen, move it in the fridge overnight to thaw before baking.
If you like to serve ham with glaze, add another half or double the glaze recipe. I like serving ham with extra glaze.
Also, for a much tastier slice of ham you can fry it in a teaspoon or 2 of olive oil. Be by the stove as glaze will burn easily.
