How to Whip Coffee?
If you watch TikTok, most people were doing it by hand but you can also use your hand mixer, stand mixer, whisk or electric handheld frother.
Combine equal parts of 1 tablespoon instant coffee, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon boiling water. You can always double, triple the coffee recipe as long as ingredients are equal parts.
With a hand mixer, beat coffee mixture for 2 to 3 minutes on high until it reaches soft peak.
Note: For stand mixer, it is much easier if you double or triple the recipe.
What Sugar to Use with Whipped Coffee AKA Dalgona Coffee?
Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar or Muscovado Sugar.
What Milk to Use?
Any milk will do. Regular milk, fresh milk, skim milk, 1% or 2% milk, soy milk, oat milk, almond milk and more.

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 ½ cups milk
- Combine equal parts of instant coffee, granulated sugar and boiling water in a mixer.
- Beat until frothy or mixture has reach soft peak.
- Pour cold or hot milk in glass.
- Add whipped coffee and stir to mix.
- Add more sugar if you need to.
- You can make it, refrigerate and drink later on the same day or the following day.
