Easy Peach Jalapeno Sauce Recipe is savory with a blend of sweetness and a spicy kick to it. Easy and quick sauce to make.
If you have a homemade peach jam you can use that or a store bought will work too.
This sauce was inspired while watching "The Chew". James Smollett, a guest on the show made Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Dipping Sauce.
While watching all of them devoured the tenderloin, it looked so good.
So I decided I will make it since I just got pork tenderloin. I did not use the whole tenderloin just in case I didn’t care for it.
It was amazingly delicious. The recipe called for apricot preserve but I did not have that. I have peach jam that I made a few days ago. I can tell, it will work perfectly with this dish.
Yes I was right, peach jam and jalapeno was a perfect match.
The sweetness of peach and the spicy kick of the jalapeno was a great combination that blended well with the tenderloin marinade.
This sauce will also complement a fish entree.
How can you not like this sauce. It is amazingly delicious, it takes 5 minutes to make and everybody will love it! Yay!
How to Make this Easy Peach Jalapeno Sauce Recipe
Some Tips
If making your own peach jam, you may or may not keep the peel. I prefer to keep the peel , it adds texture and a crunchy bite to it.
Use jalapeno in can or pickled jalapeno. Make sure to fully drain the liquid.
You can use fresh jalapeno but boil it whole in water and salt until soft. Slice, remove the seeds if you prefer.
That's all!
